For over nine years, I've helped shape complex products and the teams that build them—leading enterprise platform transformations, designing thoughtful experiences, and turning ambiguous problems into meaningful solutions.

Whether I'm managing designers or contributing directly to the work, my approach is the same: understand the product, the people using it, and the problem we're actually trying to solve.

More recently, I've been exploring how AI can help people understand their options, exercise judgment, and make better decisions—not simply automate their work.

 

I believe good design doesn't just make things easier to use. It makes people more capable.
